When is my order being processed?
When you have completed your order, you will receive a email notification via email that your order/purchase has been successful. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched if in the UK others please see below :

Cancel Orders
As soon as you place you order we begin to process your order right away.
Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel orders.
Please email us : Adinkrama_Afrik@hotmail.com and in the subject "cancel" which will generate a return in form of a store credit or exchange for another product which is the same priced.
Refund
Unfortunately we are not able to allow any earring refunds.
Exchange is possible within 7-14 days after receiving the items
If you are able to return your item exchange it for another item/size or store credit. However if you exchange the item
